Mark Arathoon is a fourth-generation tea expert with decades of experience in the global tea industry. He previously served as Head of the Tea Division at one of the world’s largest tea contract manufacturers, where he built deep, lasting relationships with farmers and suppliers across China, Japan, Sri Lanka, India, and Indonesia. Mark also holds a black belt in Lean Manufacturing, applying operational excellence and efficiency to every aspect of Blue Ocean production and sourcing.
Preet Bhullar brings extensive expertise in microbiology and quality control, ensuring that every blend meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality. She is also deeply passionate about nutrition and wellness and plays a key role in leading Blue Ocean Group’s expanding wellness product line—focused on creating thoughtfully formulated products that elevate everyday living.
